Your Golf Swing - We Can Help...

We:

  • Determine joint alignment, function and dysfunction.
  • Then treat the body as a whole with gentle functional exercise to restore balance and function.

Golf Page(resized)Often swing faults are directly attributable to poor body alignment. Your golf swing is all about balance and proper body mechanics. A good golf swing requires full rotational range of motion and must flow repeatedly with ease. We provide you with a means to enhance your Golf performance by identifying and correcting dysfunction and compensation, so improving balance to free motion and reducing the risk of injuries. We help your body perform the way it should

Why the swing fails

Players often find it difficult to maintain an optimal swing plane due to tightness in one or all load joints -shoulder, hip, knees and ankles. Dysfunction can lead to imbalance and pain (back, hip, wrist etc) as excessive rotational forces are applied to compensating structures. Improper function and compensation at the joints often causes a misaligned swing.
